  • 100 Eur for the 6-week course

(Offer available until 4th February)

This open level acroyoga class combines a number of disciplines ranging from gymnastics, acrobatics to yoga and relaxation techniques inspired by Thai massage. In everything we do, our aim is to be fully present, especially when we are looking to find harmony both internally and with others around us. Acroyoga offers something different for every practitioner depending on their goal; be it building strength, finding balance, enhancing self-awareness both on a physical and on an emotional level, as well as building trust or boosting creativity. Acroyoga is all of these things and we would like to invite you to join us in this course and discover what matters to you the most!

All levels are welcome, no experience required, if you have done Acro already that’s great too. The class will cater for everyone.

Classes will be divided in three main parts: warm up with a yoga flow, followed by strength and conditioning exercises, handstand drills depending on the theme of the class. Then we will experiment with basic acroyoga poses and flows both in L-base and standing. Finally, we will cool down with some partner stretches and gentle massage.

“For me acroyoga is about connecting to others while finding balance within. This realization shed a new light on how I understood yoga, which then became a way to set the emotional and physical foundations that is necessary to create unforgettable experiences while moving, dancing and connecting with others. For me this practice is about letting go, while learning to open ourselves to others, learning how to respect and see the uniqueness in everyone.”
