Erika has been a rhythmic gymnastics player for 15 years. In 2011 she received a Rhythmic Gymnastic Teacher certification with the Italian Gymnastic Federation. She taught Rhythmic Gymnastics from 2011 to 2013 in Italy. Since 2014 she is performer as acrobat with Dublin Circus Project in festivals, private events and corporate events. From 2014 she has taught partner acro at Dublin Circus Project for both adults and kids. She is committed to improve her skills by taking private classes with professional acrobats.
While studying Arts and completing her first B.A at the European Institute of Design in Turin, her hometown, Elena studied jazz and contemporary dance. She trained in different therapies that include Energy Point Healing, Ayurvedic Massage, NVC and Energy Work, training with different schools in Italy and Ireland, most recently completeing a master in Oriental Medicine, with Dublin College of Energy Medicine and the Acroyoga teacher training with Vancity Acro.
Zsófi found her passion for acroyoga and partner acrobatics a few years ago and is an active member of the Irish circus community. She is also a certified AcroYoga Montréal teacher. For me acroyoga is about connecting to others while finding balance within. This realization shed a new light on how I understood yoga, which then became a way to set the emotional and physical foundations that is necessary to create unforgettable experiences while moving, dancing and connecting with others. For me this practice is about letting go, while learning to open ourselves to others, learning how to respect and see the uniqueness in everyone.
