Aoife Raleigh – Youth & Social Outreach Coordinator
Aoife left a previous life as an Engineer in 2013, seeking a path that offered more fulfillment and freedom. She began practicing circus 8 years ago, and began full time circus work in 2015. She found a passion in the use of circus as a social development tool. She has been growing her knowledge and experience in the field attending courses and seminars both nationally and internationally; with Galway Community Circus, with Pii Poo of Finland, working with Rhythm Room as a facilitator for adults with special needs and working with disadvantaged children in both Ireland and France. She has been working to develop youth circus in Dublin since she joined Dublin Circus Project. Aoife specializes in acrobatics, hula hoop and strong woman performance and loves the circus life.
Aoife is a member of the DCP Management Committee, the coordinator of DCP Youth Programmes and leads our Social Outreach initiatives.
Angelica Santander – Digital Accounts & Payroll
Angelica Santander is a Chilean Clown, Actress and Director, based in Dublin for the last 14 years. She completed a course in technical theatre, has a degree in Performing Arts, and in 2009 she completed a Master of Arts in Theatre Studies in St Patrick’s College, Dublin.
In 2009 Angelica co-founded Kidding Ensemble which produced multiple productions including “Cosas” (2011) , “Mag’s Tail” (2012) and “Sweet hands, Spicy feet” (2013). In 2013 she directed Dublin Circus Project’s circus theatre production Backstaged! and has since been actively working with Dublin Circus Project in several circus theatre projects and developing youth outreach programmes .
Angelica is a member of the DCP Management Committee, looks after our digital accounts and payroll and is a youth circus facilitator with DCP.
Zsófi Ruszkai – Treasurer
Practicing acroyoga and partner acrobatics within the circus community is a way for Zsófi to find balance while working a regular nine to five. She has been practicing different styles of yoga since 2010 and discovered acroyoga in 2014. She became actively involved in the Irish acro scene in 2016 and realized that there are no limits to what the human body is capable of achieving. She would like to share her knowledge on body awareness and creative movement and as an AcroYoga Montreal certified teacher her goal is to grow the acroyoga-circus family in Ireland.
Zsófi is a member of the DCP Management Committee, looks after our monthly accounts and will start facilitating classes with DCP in September.
Niv Du Fournet – Booking Agent Corporate & Performance Hire
Niv first discovered circus in the summer of 2011 after taking up hooping, a hobby quickly became an obsession and she started taking regular classes with Irish hoopers, as well as attending hoop convention in Ireland and the UK. In 2013 Niv joined Dublin community Circus and started learning acro, juggling and took part in their once there was a boy production.
Afterward Niv joined Dublin Circus Project in 2014 took part in a number of their Cabarets and productions such as Prometheus All hallows Circus and POE. In early 2017 Niv joined the DCP as a youth circus facilitators and joined the DCP commintee, she has since received training for Galway community circus and DCP in youth circus training, and has been working at a number of Easter and summer camps as well as teaching in secondary and primary school, teaching a variety of circus skill to children.
Niv is a member of the DCP Management Committee, the DCP booking agent, facilitating corporate and performance hires, and is a youth circus facilitator with DCP.
Laura Rossi – DCP Events Officer
Since she learned three balls cascade, Laura never stopped juggling her life between software engineering, circus and painting. Laura has a background in artistic gymnastics and started practicing circus in 2014.
Laura performs regularly on the circus scene since 2016, with several acts including partner acrobatics, juggling and balancing, acrobatics and comedy.
Learning and sharing are important for Laura, so she decided to start teaching Trampoline. Acrobatics, Handstands and Beginner Adult Circus in 2018.
Laura Rossi is the Event Officer of Dublin Circus Project and she looks after the organisation of Circus events to enlarge and engage the circus community.
Aubrey Marshall – Venue Manager
Nathalie Clement – General Administrator
Nathalie is a Franco-Irish Actress, Director and Producer, as well as the Artistic Director for Purple Hare Theatre Company. She holds an Master of Science in International Marketing and a Master of Business Administration. She graduated from the prestigious Programme for Screen Acting at BOW STREET in 2015, after studying under the direction of Gerry Grennell, Shimmy Marcus, Cathy Brady, Lance Daly, and Casting Director Maureen Hughes.
Nathalie worked in Marketing in France before moving to Ireland, where she worked as Project and Programme Manager for Google until 2015. She then became a professional actress and founded her own theatre company, Purple Hare. Nathalie is also a Voice-Over artist.
She joined the Dublin Circus Project as its first employee and General Administrator in 2018. She looks after their Marketing, Communications and Administration and supports the Management Committee on multiple projects and initiatives.
