OPEN CALL FOR PERFORMERS

Dublin Circus Project is working on a very exciting project and is looking to hire four performers to join a new and exciting street performance troupe that will entertain and delight passersby in the streets of Dublin city throughout the month of June. This is a paid opportunity.

Performers should be available to commit for a week rehearsal between March and May, this schedule could be flexible to suit the availability of all the performers. During rehearsals, performers will work with DCP’s Artistic Director Angelica Santander, in the creation of their characters and short pieces to be performed in the streets of Dublin.

Applicants need to be available on June 15th, 19th, 24th, and 30th 2020.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a group workshop on Monday March 2nd, 2020 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the Dublin Circus Centre, 76b Bannow road, Dublin 7.

Successful candidates will be informed on March 6th, 2020.

OPEN CALL FOR CLOWNS

Dublin Circus Project is working on a very exciting project and is looking to hire six female-identifying clowns to join a new and exciting street performance troupe that will entertain and delight passersby in the streets of Dublin city throughout the month of June. This is a paid opportunity. 

Four of our successful applicants will join our Clown Marching Band, that will be directed by Ken Fanning, and the other 2 will join our Clown Ambulance troupe, directed by DCP’s Artistic Director Angelica Santander. Both troupes will bring havoc and eccentricity to the streets of Dublin. 

Clowns should be available to commit for a week rehearsal between March and May, this schedule could be flexible to suit the availability of all the performers.
